wow, we got a letter in our paychecks letting us know about the guest enthusiasm policy. we want to initiate a $100 guest enthusiasm policy. each and every associate regardless of position will have the authority to use good judgment to invest up to $100 of company funds to resolve guest concerns "on the spot".
