Thankfully John Force is alive after his violent accident sunday. basically his car came apart around him at probably 325mph. it was tough being at the track and not knowing his condition. after seeing them tow away what was left of his rollcage area, we all knew it couldn't be good.

i've read the prognosis for his recovery is very good. those cars are built very well, partly because of john's dedication to seeing them get safer after losing one of his race team earlier this year.

i have been lucky enough to meet john force. he is a super guy. i wish him a speedy and full recovery.
