My knowledge of Pantera is pretty much limited to that song they did for the Stars, but that's some fucked-up shit there, man. Sucks that a local good musician is gone.
As bad as that is, what's perhaps worse is that now Pantera is always going to be put in the same sentences with Great White.

I was in line with at Tom Thumb a couple of years back with his brother. Seemed like just good old rock guys to me.

ps. Pantera will NEVER be lumped together with Great White. They will be lumped in together with Metallica and Slayer for their groundbreaking music.
