first i wont even get started on TXU. that might cause me to stroke out.
now....
i get a disconnection notice from AT&T. when i signed up i set it up to autopay on the credit card (gotta get those miles to go nowhere). so i check the credit card, the day the disconnect notice is sent they charged my card.
now, 20 minutes later i'm on the phone with the third person. at the third phone number. of course stupid me i started by calling the phone number on the f'n disconnection notice.
