back home in tx, yeah!
made it back, and mostly in one piece.
saturday was long, driving to missouri and back. it was very cool to be in a place with pastures, barns, cows, and john deeres all along the highway. real barns too, like the kent's in smallville.
sunday was fun. i played basketball for the first time in about 10 years. today i have old man knees. i can barely move them. the flight on the plane where i didn't bend them for quite some time really hurt.
but i'm back in texas so all feels better.

then i get this text from my sister.....
First thing your niece said when we got to the car this afternoon was "scotty here?"
and we got home and she ran into the living room yelling "Scoooooootttttyyyyy"

Awe, don't you feel loved?
I *love* areas like that...nothing to do but get drunk down by the lake or have sex down by the lake (or both), though, but I love those places....
