when i was driving back from christmas, i had an idea. i've always noticed how the traffic headed to texas is always heavy, and moving fast (seems nobody can get out of oklahoma fast enough).
the state is always in a money crunch, so i think we could fix that by charging admission into the state of texas. if your driving a car with non-texas plates, it'll be $10 to get in. texas is well worth the price of admission, ask any texan they'll be quick to tell you their state is second to none.
when i told my mother about this great idea, she asked what we'd do when oklahoma started doing the same. easy, who'd pay to get into oklahoma?
