yesterday i watched my first formula one race in a long time. they kept refering to the v10 engines and how the rev them to 19,000 RPMs, they produce just short of 1000hp, and go 0-60mph in 2.4 seconds, that is incredible!

but then later they were comparing them to nascar cars, and i realize part of why they can run to 19,000 RPM, the cars only cost an average of $14 million dollars!

no wonder you don't seem to see too many bad F1 crashes, i wonder if car repair comes out of the racers paycheck.
