oh happy day !!!
a week or so ago, a friend of mine sent me a link about how 97.1 was going to play christmas music uninterrupted until dec 26, then change formats. of course we both hoped out loud that it would turn back into the eagle.
a few days after that, russ martin was joking that he was going to go back to the eagle.
last night a friend of mine, told me the eagle was back.
IT WAS!!!!
This morning, I heard a tagline that gave me chills.

I just read this on another blog, and i agree with it so i thought i'd post. Hopefully they keep MADATORY METALLICA and play some new stuff like Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Hellyeah, Lamb of God type stuff along with all the goodies from the days of yore like Alice in Chains, STP, Metallica, Nirvana, and so on. VERY NICE!. we need this to be a ROCK station!
