ready for mr olympia competition
a few months ago i started lifting weights with coolhand, phil, and kris.
lets face it, everybody knows i will never ever be a big guy, but i'm having fun with it anyhow. it feels good to see progression in how much you can lift, and to actually notice some difference in the shape of your arms.
last night i suprised myself with two reps of 93% of my weight. the goal i had orginally set was to lift my weight by the end of this month. so i'm excited because barring something crazy happening i should make it.

kracker - 11.04.05 10:53
No, b-n-n is right. If 7% is 7 pounds, then 100% is 100 pounds. I think the math problems ain't hers.
My fitness goal is just to be able to continue to occasionally get my fat ass off the couch. Otherwise the refrigerator's gonna need an extension cord....

damn triple negative stars for me. 10 pounds to go.
kracker - 11.04.05 12:39
that would make 150lbs approx.
kracker - 11.04.05 12:46
I demand my gold star! My math was perfect!
Either that or a chance to do more than drool some more.... :)
beer-and-nachos - 11.04.05 13:34
