time to pump up
tonight we are going to a gym, so there will be exercises besides bench press. that's a good thing but i'm sure i will hurt tomorrow.
tonights program for bench:
2sets x 95lbs x 10 reps
2sets x 120lbs x 5 reps
2sets x 130lbs x 3 reps
1set x 130 lbs x ¤ reps
hopefully the ¤ will be 5
i know i'm puny but i'm tryin.
